SATISFY N.Y.S. IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
N.Y.S. Health Law #2165 requires all students entering a post-secondary institution to demonstrate proof of immunization against measles, mumps, and rubella. This law applies to students born on or after January 1, 1957, who are registered for 6 or more credits at a CUNY campus.
New York State Public Health Law #2167 requires all post-secondary institutions to provide information on Meningitis and the Meningitis vaccine <pdf>. All students (regardless of age) must complete a form indicating that they received and read the information. Vaccination is NOT mandated; however, completion of the Meningitis Response Form is required.
